Here's a bit of info. from the "Royal Gazette & Newfoundland Advertiser" for the year 1813. On Feb 4 Nicholas Coady Jr.directs all claims against his deceased father Nicholas Sr. of Bay Bulls planter to him. Also Pierce Cody of Bay Bulls dies in September of 1813. Added to that was a notice that Pierce Coady had failed to pay for his passage sometime between 1810-1813. His death states of Gregnamans Kilkenny Ire.
