Glenn,
There is an obit listing for a Mrs. J W Morgan, dated 7 Jan. 1932. Weld County. It might or might not be her?
Also, the more I looking at Leota Markham in the 1930 census, I "feel" that it is your Leota. The parents birth states line up. Donald is living on the same page as his parents in the 1920 census, I believe. It is worth investigating.
