Lettie Blair Harrison in Cripple creek
Posted by: John Harrison (ID *****9182) Date: June 06, 2006 at 18:52:32

Lettie Blair "from Chicago" married Ambrus H. Harrison in Cripple Creek, CO on 21 Nov 1895. They had a daughter Ione born Aug 1896. Ambrus divorced Lettie 3 Mar 1900, Lettie was living in Cripple Creek and Ambrus in Denver then.

Lettie was born in Wisconsin or Illinois about 1863 (age varies from census to census).

Lettie lived in Cripple Creek at least until 1930 at 247 East Carr Ave. and Ione is last in the 1910 census living with Lettie. No one else is in Lettie's household in the 1900, 1910, 1920 or 1930 censuses and her occupation all those years is listed as none. Knowing the reputation of Cripple Creek I wonder if she was a "working woman".

So, how about Lettie and Ione? When and where did Lettie end up?
