I am looking for information about Anneke Kollewijn, probably from the Netherlands, who was the county's public health nurse in Montezuma County, Colorado about 1939. She died there about 1940-1941. Anneke was a member of the American Public Health Association and was listed "In Memoriam" in their publication in 1941. I would like her birth and death dates, were born, where buried, and any other genealogical information. Thank you.
