Have recently began researching my husband's side of the family tree. He had a great uncle who left Lasta, Arcadia, Greece, in 1903 and unfortunately never was in touch again.
We have discovered the uncle Philip Sotero Papas married a Lillian..... in Iowa, where he ran the Olympia Candy Company with a Peter Constantine. Philip and Lillian had a son born 1918 in Iowa (never found other chuldren)also christened Philip. Have found where the father registered for the draft in 1917-18. Apart from finding their deaths in 1970 and 1996 in Denver, Colorado, there is so much we'd like to know.
Hoping some kind person in the district can help fill in the gaps,
