Darlin,
I checked the marriage indes 1859-1939. I found only 1 Clifford that "might" match your family. There are quite a few Mary's. But after looking at the 1900 census this one looks like the only possible one. A Mary Clifford married Jacque Caldwell, Boulder County, 1903. No matches for William, Margaret or Marie. Makes me think they moved.
I checked for Irene's. There was one that married Arthur Atkeson, 24 April, 1902 in Denver.
