A short search gave little clues. There are no recorded marriages of any Hollywood by those names in Colorado, between 1859-1939.
The Boulder county records show no listing for any person named Hollywood between 1870-1920.
A check of the larger cemeteries show one Hollywood. There was one Catherine Hollywood, but her age at death did not match up with the birth date that was provided.
You can go to the Colorado Department of Public Health and Enviroment's web site and see the requirments for ordering a death certificate.
I will check a couple of other places and let you know if I find anything.
