Searching for information on James Walker,b-10-23-1883,in Ione,Ar,d-10-22-1917, he was the son of Dr. Bird B, and Jane Hurt Walker. They lived in and around the Ione,and Boonville,and in the township of Belva, in Logan, Co. James is said to have married a Dora Mary?Samplin, he had 2 sons, one Bird died in WW2, he may or may not have left a family, the other Frank is said to have moved to Kansas, there may have been a sister Nora. I do not know but think the family may have moved to Okla, after James died. James had 2 brothers, John William, who married Maudie Workman, and General Fremont(montie)Walker, and 3 sisters, Minnie, Loemorah(mode) and Myrtle.IF anyone remembers any of this family please let me here from you.
