Quoted as written, not my typos. I have quoted things on the forum before and been accused of being a sloppy typest.

"18 May, 1653. Mr Hugh Gunnison was licensd to keepe an ordjnary, and to sell wjne and strong water; and for one yeere he is to pay but twenty shillings the butt.
* * In ans'r to the peticon of Hugh Gunnison, craving the remittment of halte a yeeres rent dew to the countrje for his drawing of wjne, the Court grants his request, provided that he allow as his act the being and acting of Evan Thomas as his compleat agent and debtor for all rents dew to the countrje from the tjme he left the place and implojmant heere, & pay the tenne shillings for his peticon."

I am connected to Hugh Gunnison Saraby his daughter Deborah Gunnison b. 25 July 1642 who married @ 1662,at Salem, Essex Co., Ma. John Ingersoll b. @1645 Salem, Essex Co. Ma d. 4 April 1716 Kittery, York Co. Maine.
