Boot Hill

Hello,
I'm kinda in a quandry here. It seems that my g-grandfather, John Cowan Walker, died in 1914 in Portland, Oregon and was transported to Gunnison, CO to be buried. He was originally buried in "Boot Hill" but was disinterred and reburied on August 17, 1921 in the Gunnison City Cemetery in the McDowell family burial plot, along with his grandson James Wesley Sullivan.
Does anyone have any idea where this "Boot Hill" cemetery might have been or might be (under new ownership, maybe?)?
Would appreciate any help with this.
Thank you.

Stephen Kent Walker
