Can anyone inform me if there are archives of El Paso land transactions/ deeds for the time period 1889-1891? And if they are available, where can they be found?

My great grandparents lived in Cripple Creek from 1891-1899; their first child was born May, 1891 in Colo. Springs. I am searching for evidence of their prior residence which is believed to be in ElPaso county or one of the counties to the southeast.
