Funeral Service Held For Aubrey Colsten

Funeral services for Aubrey V. Colsten, who died Thursday at his home, 3400 Red Canon Ave., were held this afternoon at the Swan Drawing Room. The Rev. Stanley P. Scott, pastor of the West Minister Church officiated and interment in Evergreen Cemetery followed.

Colsten was born Aug. 6, 1884, at Clarksburg, Ohio, and moved to Colorado in 1902. He had been a resident of Colorado Springs since May, 1954. A member of the Methodist Church at Vernon, Colo., Colsten was a retired reancher and stockman, having lived at Wray, Colo, many years.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Addie I. Colsten; a daughter and son-in-law, Mildred and E. N. McSpadden, Lubbock , Tex.; two grandsons, Richard McSpadden, U. S. Army and Ernest Neil McSpadden, Lubbock, Tex., and three Granddaughters, Gloria, Lubbock, Tex, and two step - Pamela and Sandra McSpadden, granddaughters.
