Seeking information the summer guests Paul Franke with his family and a Miss Ridenbaugh all from St. Joseph Missouri.
They spent the summer there and left on September 20 for Denver on their way back home to St. Joseph Missour. Their names were printed in The Colorado Springs Gazette September 19, 1879, Friday. They were guests of the Manitou House.
