I found an Andrew C. Skow in a cemetery book for Elbert County, CO. This is what it said:
Lot 156 - Elizabeth Cemetery - Mountview Addition:
SKOW, Andrew C. 1857 - 1926
SKOW, Anna 1856 - 1920
(Those two were on one stone).
"SKOW, Andrew C. - November 25, 1926, male, age 69.
SKOW, Anna Christina - May 20, 1920, female, age 64.
There was nothing on Carl SKOW.
