On the 1930 federal census, fatherinlaw William Joshua Harlow is living with His daughter Helen at the age of 71.
This is a skilled family, William/Helen are bookeepers. The fatherinlaw works as a landscpe gardener. No further records of William Joshua Harlow exist, he was a Colorado Policeman. He married Ida May Tarter in 1884, he last appears on the 1885 Iowa State cens before mig to Colo.
