Bruno...long shot...

I'm looking for an obit for a young woman with the last name of 'Bruno', who was killed by her husband William between 1914 and 1918. I don't know what her name was, but am told it was something like Assunte, or Santora or something. He spent a very long time in the pen - he may have died there. Not really sure of the whole story because no one living knows the whole story. She left behind several children, including Mary (for absolute sure), Julian, and Angelina...there may have been more AND those names may not be correct.

Does this ring that proverbial bell with anyone? I'm coming up to Denver to look at the archives for the prison records, but thought I'd see if anyone knew anything about this. Heck, this may not have even happened in Denver...it might have been Trinidad or Grand Junction. I started with Denver because part of the family lived there.

thanks for anything
Juanita
