Am just now getting back into the hobby after burning myself out a few years
ago. Have copies of some wonderful books of newspaper extracts that Mary McRoberts did in 1991. They cover the period 1859-1900 and one is :
"Boulder County, Colorado / Marriages, Anniversaries, Divorces, Births and
Birthdays / 1859-1900 / Newspaper Abstracts / Mary McRoberts / Boulder, Co/
July 1991"
And the other is :
"Boulder County, Colorado / Deaths and the Insane / 1859-1900 / Newspaper Abstracts / Mary McRoberts / Boulder, Co / July 1991"
I trust her extracts but beware of my typing. Hope I'm accurate. Found the
following entries -
1.Marriages - "Pitman, James E. m 15 Sept 1892 Mary E. Hasting, both of Gold Hill, in Boulder by Rev. Leonard G. Thompson. (HW 21 Sept 1892:8)" [HW=Boulder County Herald]

[HW=Boulder Couny Herald]
[you may want to send off and get a photocopy of the whole article]
3.Obits - "Hastings, Allie d 9 Sept 1896 Gold Hill 'of complications of diseases superinduced by diphtheria.' Age 17. B 3 May 1880. DAU OF hENRY H. & Emily L. Hastings. Bur 13 Sept 1896 Gold Hill cem. (BN 17 Sept 1896:4 ; cem has 15 Sept 1877 - 7 Dec 1890)" [BN=Boulder News]

Hope this helps ; good luck
