Hygiene

I am tracing some ancestors who left their long time home in Thor, Humboldt County, Iowa for Longmont, Colorado in 1904. I believe they feared consumption and had TB and were moving to Longmont for their health. I have heard that there was a sanitorium in Hygiene that was devoted to TB and somehow connected to nearby hot springs which were reputed to help with ailments. Does anyone know about this santitarium, I would appreciate any information. Does it exist today and do records exist for its patients? If someone died while there, would death records exist and is there a cemetery that may have been associated with it? Thank you.
