Marge -

Finally we had some nice weather and my schedule was clear enough to go out to the Niwot Cemetery. However, I did not find anyone with the last name of Caldweel/Caldwell. There were several broken stones and some wooden crosses without names (these were all in one section so they were either "unknowns" or "paupers" -- that's my guess) and some mortuary markers that had long since faded. The cemetery itself looked like something right out of a western movie.

I then went over to Burlington Cemetery with is in the south end of Longmont (close to Niwot) but there wasn't anyone by that name there either.

I am going to a Boulder library within the next month that has a lot of local genealogy information. I will take your information and see what I can find. Can you supply me with more information besides their names?

Carrie
