This is an old post and I don't know if you received any answers. I have only recently subscribed to the online census records and found the following -

There was only one entry on the index for a Frederico Madrid and on the scanned images of the 1920 census he is in ED188, El Cerrito, San Miguel County, New Mexico -
Frederico Madrid age 37
Epifania wife age 29
Gloria dau age 15
Juan son age 11
[looks like] Alfredo son age 9
All born New Mexico, all parents born New Mexico. He is a farmer who owns his own farm.

Didn't find a Lucio Torres on the index and found 26 Jose Durans.

On the 1930 index I found a Lucio Torres in District 41, El Cerrito, San Miguel County, New Mexico -
Lucio Torres age 36 owns home farm laborer
[looks like] Isabella age 37 married 17 years
Antonio J age 17 in school
[looks like] Doloritas age 15
[looks like] Abalina age 13
Carlota age 10
Aurora age 4
Amalia age 2
Carmelita age "0/12"

Couldn't find the Madrids / Madrils and again too many Durans to know who is who.

Hope this helps
