Make sure you look at Karen Lowe's post - she has nailed it for you ! Notice the two Zel's , on Zelbert N. and the son Zelbert K.

Can't say I've ever seen a wife buried under maiden name. Have seen her buried in parents plot but with her married name. Also
have been stumped numerous times by a widow remarrying and being buried under the new name.
