I believe we are distant relations. My ancestry as follows:
Jim Carney < Donna Donoghue m. Jim Carney Sr < George Donoghue < Hazel Thompson m. George Donoghue Sr < Martha Clydesdale < James Clydesdale * < Thomas Clydesdale < Thomas Clydesdale < James CLydesdale

My g-g-g grandfather James Clydesdale * immigrated w/ family to Arnot Pennsylvania 1873/1874.

Your Brown Clydesdale was 1st cousins with my immigrant James's father, Thomas Clydsedale. Our shared ancestor is the last person in the above line.
