Hmm. You do know that Timmerman and Zimmerman in the German regions of New York were the same name.. Also Bellinger and Zimmerman were both Palatine names. I have a Bellinger in my line.
The best choice for Solomon Clute ( Canute) is Dirk ( Richard ) Clute and Allegay Elizabeth
Lucy Rynerszen WAlker Papers say.. Dirk is the son of Dirk Clute and Annatje Heemstraat. He had Solomon, Dirk, Mary,Elizabeth and Ellazan Matilda.
The youngest girl married an Ouderkerk and this was passed to me by a Ouderkerk genealogist.
I note that
Appolonia Belling and Hendrik Timmerman lived in teh Mannheim and Stone Arabia area..( from Genealogy of the Mohawk Valley Bellingers and Alied Families by Lyle Frederick Bellinger.
