Samuel COLLINS had a younger brother named Charles Ward COLLINS born in 1864, found as C. W. COLLINS on 1900 US Census. Charles Ward COLLINS is said to have been either a ward of or adopted by John Irwin CLOW.
Information given to me states that James C. CAIN also had something to do with raising the above named Samuel COLLINS.
As a random act of kindness, I am attempting to help someone research this/these lines.
