Deenie, my apology for so long in answering.
I don't know if I can help you, but here is what I have. George Clouse and Elizabeth (believed to be Jarvis) had a son George who wound up in Marion Co., TN. George (II) was born before 1770, the oldest son of George and Elizabeth. He is on the tax roll for Washington Co., TN with 4 in his family in 1798. George is in the 1830 and 1840 Marion Co., TN census living with a male between 15 and 20(1830) and a male between 20 and 30 with wife and two small children (1840). The only child that I have for George (I am sure there are others: the two in 1798 and one born after 1810 plus probably betweens) is another George. George (III) b. 1810 and 1815 m. Lydia ? ca. 1831 in Marion Co, TN. George's and Lydia's will of 1 May 1874 includes the following heirs: W.C., G.B., John A., and heirs of Martha Huse and Elizabeth Lewis. John A. was b. ca. 1832 and m. Nancy ? . William C. "Billie" was b. 1839 m. Elizabeth Rawlings. George B. b. 185? m. Lafrona ?
I have learned that for every question answered, there are more questions. You still have missing pieces. From dates and so forth, it is possible that the George witnessing the deed could be either George (II) for daughter or George (III) for sister. That is only speculation, however.
The only WEBB mentioned was that John A. had a daughter "Mollie" who married a WEBB, too young to be your CLOUSE and WEBB. As an aside, my sister, a CLOUSE, married a WEBB, though not a descendant of the East Tennessee WEBBs.
I wish you luck, and hope this helps.
