Chancey A. Clough, son of Abel Clough, was born April 6th, 1841, in Fabius, Onondaga Co., NY. He married ABBIE WEBBER, daughter of Levi Weber, of Farmersville, N.Y., Oct. 14th, 1862. Mr. Clough is a saw and planing-mill proprietor and a leading lumberman and manufacturer.
