Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Clyde, have you researched the census records for your grandparents? Do you have their marriage license or death certificates?
Since they are in the eastern part of NC, they are "probably" from Jeremiah Clontz, Revolutionary Patriot buried in Union Co. NC
I have prepared a five generation booklet from Jeremiah that if you can get back another generation, I may be able to pick them up in my records. You may need to go two generations back as I don't know when your grandparents were born nor where.
See what you can do. Betty
