I am trying to track down my CLOE Relatives.
My Paternal Grandmother was MEGGIE CLOE, listed below is all i know about my direct Cloe Line.

I hope someone might be able to help me build on this.


First Generation

MEGGIE CLOE. Born 13 Feb 1913 in Tantobie, Co.Durham, England. Christen 24 Sep 1914.
Died 25 Nov 2000 in Dipton Co. Durham.

She married HENRY RIDLEY, 21 Nov 1932 in Lanchester Register Office.


Second Generation

John CLOE. Born 1878 in Dykeshead Hobson Durham (Dipton).
Died 22 Apr 1917 in With DLI In France Of Gastrointeritas.
Buried Apr 1917 in Warlincourt Halte British Cemetery, SAULTY, France.
Occupation Coal Hewer, Serjeant (18409), 15 Bn, Durham Light Infantry.
He married Amelia CARR, Dec 1901 in Gateshead.

Amelia CARR. Born 16 Sep 1881 in HEWORTH, CO DURHAM. Died 9 Jun 1953 in Aged 71.


Third Generation

John CLOE. Born 1853. Occupation COKE DRAWER.
He married JANE THOMPSON, 17 Jun 1876 in Stanley Chapel.

JANE THOMPSON. Born Sep 1858 in DIPTON, CO. DURHAM.
Occupation COKE DRAWER (AT TIME OF MARRIAGE).
