Help.
The Davidson County NC Heritage Book states Jacob Bowers lived in Virginia and fought there in the Revolutionary War prior to arriving in Rowan/Davidson County NC in the late 1700s. Does anyone have any documentation or other information about this Jacob Bowers, his wife Catherine and their families? One of their children (Caty) m. John Clodfelter and moved to Indiana. All help would be most appreciated.
