I have two copies of "The Family of Noah Clodfelter" by Cyril L. Johnson (one blue hardback and the other a red paperback) for sale. It was published in 1954 in Russellville, Indiana and is the same one listed at http://midatlantic.rootsweb.com/familyhart/pub.html.

Both books contain 409 pages and have an index ... it's just buried in the middle starting on page 287, followed by many records and other research items.
We found a small, single sheet errata listing several (~70) line corrections stuck in the hardback book, so I made a copy of it for the paperback version, too.
