Since posting my original message, I have received new information which DISPROVES my guess. Harriet CLIVE was NOT the 1835 bride of William HOPLEY.

William Hopley, bachelor,of Shuttington, married Harriet MILES, spinster, of Amington, by Licence.25 Dec 1835.
Witnesses John Stretton & Ann Miles.
Harriet MILES was the daughter of innkeeper, William MILES.
