My father was the Samuel Clingan referred to in your posting. Grace was my aunt, and Ian is my cousin, although I have not seen him since the early 70's!
Grace was sister to many more than you have listed - in addition to Samuel, Barbara and Sarah, there were also Roberta, Nan (still alive), Rita, Jimmy and Jean.
Grace's mother was a Kennedy - I don't know about the Inglis connection.
