If you have not already done so, try subscribing to the co. Down list at NIR-DOWN-L@rootsweb and post Clingan. There are several persons doing lookups in that area and there are Clingans there. I research the same line but pre 1800 in that area. I have the addresses and phone numbers of current Clingans in co. Down isf you are interested. Also try looking up on Griffiths valuation lists - can be found on film at LDS branch centers.
