The only information I have came from a first cousin (Ernest Cline) of my dad (Claude Cline). They are all dead and I'm trying to find out who my grandmothers were,
it seems women were not very important. Although my dad did not know what his own grandfather's name was. Just that his last name was Daniel and he was a Church of Christ preacher. We know there were Methodist preachers in the Cline family one of my grandfather Robert E. Lee(Bob)Cline's brothers was a preacher and daddy called him Uncle Dick. I was told they lived in North Carolina, Georgia, and Texas and that three Cline brothers came from Germany in about 1770.
I thank you for your help!
Claudie (Texas)
