Am the daughter of John T. Cline, Roy Cline, John Thompson Cline, John Cline, eldest son of George Kline of Lancaster Pennsylvannia. My great-great-great grandfather was said to have come from Germany, married a woman of Irish/French Hugenot descent named Margaret DeMars. I grew up on family history, and our branch was said to be one of two brothers that were leftover Hessians from Revolutionary War as war as well. Don't remember exactly where they were from in Germany, but if interested could find out from my father.
George Kline died and is buried in Penn. His widow, six sons, and one daughter all moved to southern Wisconsin prior to 1850's. Am searching for more info, but thought I'd share that one other branch was connected. Thanks.
