Dorothy,
I have a question about your William Cline.Have you ever seen the surname spelled with an "s", i.e. "Clines"?I am tracking a William Clines who was b. ~ 1800 in SC who migrated through GA and by 1870-1880 was living with his widowed sister Martha (presumably nee Clines) Griffin in Barbour Co., AL.A related question is: Have you found any connection of your Cline's with any Griffin family in GA?
(Martha was b. about 1806 in SC and had at least one son named Taylor Griffin, b. GA about 1836.I'm actually tracking the Griffin's.)
Thanks in advance.
Chuck
