Doug, not sure if they are any more sorted, but at least we are working on the same name. I have suspected that our Clines may have come from NY or PA, as I have many other family lines from those states.
If you ever find parents for Peter from PA, or a list of all his children, please let me know. The time frame would be right, even though only some of the given names match. Our Henry, b. 1832, married into a prominent family, and most of the Rockwell traditional given names were used, so that may explain it.
They are just too close with the dates, and being in Michigan, to not be related. As I am in Michigan now, until the end of May, let me know if there's anything you need in the way of research;I may have it, or be able to get it, as I am member to two historical societies here, in Oakland County.
