I am looking for info on Horatio Clift. He married Nancy Edrington 8 nov 1799 in Franklin Co, Ky. He was born circa 1775 in Virginia and died 10 feb 1847 in Campbell Co, Ky. For years we thought he was the son of Benjamin Clift and Frances Peck, but could find no proof. Now we consider that he was the son of Henry Clift and Elizabeth ? possibly Smart. Horatio is named as a grandson in the Estate of John Smart 22 Feb 1791 of Mason Co. Ky. Need help and I do have some other Clift info that I'm willing to share.
