Several years ago I found on microfilm at the local library, Marriages:
Stephen Cleveland, "Plattsburgh Republican" July 31, 1819. Cleveland-Vaughn at Essex, NY on the 25th. inst. by Rev. Ira Manley, Stephen Cleveland Esquire of Poughkeepsie, Attorney at Law, to Miss Deorah R. Vaughn of Essex.
