I believe the line went back as follows his father was Thomas Cleveland/Susanna Elmy,Westhall, Suffolk, England, g-father William Cleveland/Lydia Pratt but I don't have confirmation. I would like to trace back as far as possible. I have a tree going back 10 generations from my brother down, but I am now stuck I have found an IGI ref to William Cleveland/Lydia Pratt born abt 1699 Badingham, Suffolk
