Looking for parents of William C. RUTLEDGE and Margaret MOORE. (also looking for new cousins)
My gr-gr-grandparents were: William C. RUTLEDGE b. Aug 16, 1794 District of Mine Run Hundred, MD d. Jun 1, 1872 Tumwater, WA (married in 1817 or 1818) to wife #1 Margaret MOORE b. Mar 3, 1792 Lancaster Co., PA d. Oct 8, 1858 in Tumwater, WA. When she was a little girl, Margaret, and her mother were thrown from their buggy during a 4th of July parade after their horse was frightened. Her mother was killed in the incident.
After Margaret died, he married wife #2 Mary Ann (Polly) B. COE, with no children from this second marriage. Speculation is that Mary COE was married previously and the "B" could be for her maiden name
William C. and Margaret had 10 Children:

My gr-grandparents were: Thomas Elliot RUTLEDGE b. Mar 6, 1831 in Guernsey Co., OH d. Sep 28, 1909 in Little Rock, WA.
Married to wife #1 on Jul 24, 1856 to Louisa Margaret SHOTWELL b. May 5, 1839 in Ohio d. Feb 24, 1877 in Little Rock, WA. She was the dau of John SHOTWELL and Eleanor LEONARD
(married on Jun 11, 1882) to wife #2 Nancy Luella MILES b. Nov13, 1844 in Pleasant Plains, Iowa d. Mar 3, 1925 in Little Rock, WA. Nancy's parents were Hiram MILES and Nancy Ann PICKRELL.
