I am also working on a Cleveland line which has Grover Cleveland. He is supposed to have some Indian in him according to family lore. His parents were Josephus and Rebecca (Morse) Cleveland. Josephus was born Oct 1845 in AL and Rebecca was b. Feb. 1845 AL. They were m. 28 Dec 1865 in Ashley Co., AR. They moved to Texas after Josephine and James Monroe were born. I find them in Smith Co., TX in 1870; and I find them in 1900 in Henderson Co., TX with sons Grover (1882) and Lee (1886). I haven't been able to find them in 1880, but there is a big gap for more children between James and Grover. I have some possibilities for these children, but no proof as yet.

Anything you can help me with would be greatly appreciated.

Lynn
