William and Nancy CLEVELAND had Martha CLEVELAND (b.VA) who married Thomas WRIGHT(1775-1829).

Was William's father Larkin CLEVELAND who married Fanny (Frances) WRIGHT in 1773 in Bedford Co., VA?
