My Cleveland family connection is in the souteast Michiagan area. My Great, Great Grandfather was William Henry Cleveland who was cousin to Pres. Cleveland and appointed Assessor to the Port of Detroit. His daughter (Cornelia) married Chas. B. Seitz who was a prominent wood carver in Detroit. William was a prominent shop keeper in Adrian, MI. before his appointment. He then lived in Detroit. Upon his death he was buried in Adrian. At that time he was the oldest Worshipful Master in Michigan's Masonic order. I have traced the Cleveland family back into the 1500's in England, but cannot find William Henry Cleveland's parents. Happy to share info. and hopefully a link.

Al
