I don't know if this helps or not but I have one of Horatio's daughters, Emaline Pamelia CLEVELAND, marrying my 2g grandmother's (Elizabeth M. BUCKHOLTS) brother, Zadock B. BUCKHOLTS (I've seen different spellings of both the first and last names)in Fayette Co. TX on Nov 3 1850. I have seen later info indicating she married again and had twins. I have Horatio's wife as Cynthia CARLEY with at least 13 children counting Emaline. If you are looking for them in Fayette or Lavaca you will want to look carefully because my MORANs were misindexed as MOZART in 1850 and as MORRON in 1870. I know that once BUCKHOLTS was spelled with the s and once it was without. Let me know if you need further info or if this helps.
