I have a William Cleveland, b 3 April, 1766 in ?? died, 27 January, 1844 in ?? -- married Rhoda Seaggs (b September 1777, d. 4 August, 1865) in 23 December, 1798 -- where (??) -- at least one child, Mary Cleveland, b 1 September, 1801, d. 16 April, 1859 who m. Allen G. Simmons - their children were born in Georgia (Crawford County ??). I don't know if this Georgia- Cleveland connection helps you....
