The mother's name is unclear and could be Susan or Tamson. Is Cora the same Cora who is identified on the 1880 St. Joseph Co. census as the 7-year-old daughter of John Williams and his wife Tamson Riddle Williams? Were there 2 Coras?; if not, was Cora a Blacksley or a Williams? Are there any Clendenin researchers who know Cora Clendenin's parentage?
