Since I was passing by, I checked some of my sources. I can see the marriage of Jonathon & Hannah in Southborough & the birth of their first son.

Those records don't show anything of their past though.

Do you know of an "Elder" family in your tree? There is a private family tree on ancestry.com called "Elder" that includes Jonathon; but because it's private I can't see it.

As far as I can tell, while there are multiple Jonathon's associated with the Clemans/etc. families in Charlton Mass, including one where I don't know his family and is of a possible age, I don't have any evidence to link him to your Jonathon.

There are also multiple Jonathon's in the Clemens/etc. families that come from Haverhill, Mass; but again there is no evidence to link any of those to your Jonathon.
