P.O. Clement was the son of Bluford Clement and unknown wife. Bluford Clement was son of Mannon Clement and Mahalley McGee. Mannon Clement was son of Andrew Clement and Sarah Sally Skaggs.

Mannon Clement was the brother of my gg grandfather, William Wesley Clement. I have a lot of info on the Clement family, but not much on the family of P. O. Clement. Would love to exchange family info.
