Thomas Clement very early RI
Posted by: Jody McKenney Thomson (ID *****9581) Date: September 15, 2010 at 09:46:18
  of 1719

According to various sources THOMAS CLEMENT was one of the original founders of Portsmouth, Rhode Island and so would have been there by 1638.

I have found several indirect references to Thomas Clement but nothing that would identify a family. Is there anyone researching the Clement family in very early Rhode Island that could give me some suggestions?

Thank you.
